We have been running the business for 20 years, a period which has seen the redesign of the restaurant and the opening of the hotel in 2003. Peter Schneider is the Chef de Cuisine and, together with his team, ensures that our guests enjoy daily fresh and seasonal ingredients, allowing us to present a new menu every week.
